How and Where Can Hunters Tame Blue Unicorn
Immortals Fenyx Rising has many mounts that you can tame — 25 in total, to be precise. And by collecting them all you'll unlock an achievement/trophy. Out of all the mounts available, 9 of these mounts are Epic Mounts — not only do they look awesome, such as a winged pegasus or unicorn, but they have the max stamina for any mount in the game (3 bars). There is an additional Epic Mount that comes as part of the Season Pass content, as well as a mount sold by Hermes, but we won't be covering those here as they do not apply for the trophy/achievement.
Epic Mounts are solitary and will not be found with others of their kind, unlike normal mounts that can be found in herds. This is one easy way to identify them from afar. They are scattered throughout the map, but more than one of them can be tamed very early on. As mounts make traveling around so much easier, especially with the incredible stamina of Epic Mounts, you'll want to get one as soon as possible.
Taming Tips
Epic Mounts are tamed the same as regular ones, but they spook a lot more easily so you have to be even more careful. Approach them while crouching, and whenever you feel a slight vibration or see the exclamation mark above their head, stop.
Only move again when the exclamation mark is gone. If you have the ability to camouflage yourself, it's even easier. Once you are close enough, you'll be prompted to tame them and you can equip your mount of choice from the inventory menu, which can then be summoned at any time.
Clashing Rocks: Laurion
Laurion is a silver pegasus that is in the starting area, Clashing Rocks, meaning you can get it super early on. Just head on over to the island on the map, and then look along the shoreline for your prized steed.
Valley of Eternal Spring: Tyrian
Once you have access to the Valley of Eternal Spring, you can snap up another easy mount if you prefer horns over wings. This purple unicorn is called Tyrian and it can be found at the southernmost part of this area.
Valley of Eternal Spring: Indika
If purple really isn't your color and you'd prefer a unicorn in a blue shade, Indika can be found near the north in the Vallery of Eternal Spring, just below all that blue-ish area on the map. Careful of those horns!
Grove of Kleos: Guardian
If you want a golden pegasus instead of a silver one, Guardian is the steed for you. It can be found in the northernmost point of the Grove of Kelos.
The Forgelands: Antikhytera
This next mount is pretty unique in that it is a mechanical horse named Antikhytera. It can be found in the northern section of The Forgelands. This mount is particularly apt considering the many mechanical items of Hephaistos.
War's Den: Paragon
War's Den has its own unique steed — Paragon. This is a warhorse and so it's pretty fitting that it's found in the land belonging to Ares, God of War. This horse can be found on the eastern edge of the map.
War's Den: Aethon
If you're after a fiery horse of doom, Aethon has got you covered! This mount cannot be accessed straight away as it is in an area that is afflicted with corruption, which you need to deal with first.
King's Peak: Asphodel
Asphodel is a purple glowing stag that would be worthy of being anyone's Patronus. It can be found in the King Peak's area, just east of the eagle statue, and down in a small ravine.
King's Peak: Ptilon
The last Epic Mount can be found in the northern part of the King's Peak area — in order to properly access it, you'll need to progress the story quite a bit as a lot of is locked down (removing all your stamina if you try to access it too soon). Ptilon is a reddish-brown pegasus with rainbow-colored wings that can be found in a large frozen area.
